coming back to life

It seems a very long time since I had a bright idea to start a blog, wrote one post and then gave up or forgot the pass word or some such non event. it was only when my friend Louise mentioned that she had come accross it in her internet travels,( we recommend sites to each other ) that the niggle started in my head that if you start something you should not give up so off we go again and all the details will have to changed. That ghost is still banging about though!
