oojimaflippitwotsits

Help! I've made tons of these oojimaflippitwotsits and want to put them on the website but don't know what they should be called... they hang as a decoration and have a little crocheted flower over the button...any ideas???

Mandy's 'flower dumplings' sounds good. 'Tubbies' is the only word I can think of but what ever you do, don't let them hang out near the biscuits!

They are just adorable! All of the names they have come up with are cute. Yours is a riot. The only name I can come up with is "Plumper Keepers" cause they look like a pin cushion. They are darling so what ever you name them will be perfect.

...or, how about button blossoms? your comment about my fog was too funny, I love the fog! I could have actually done without such warm weather today. hope you are well!

Hi,

I saw your comment on Swedish House - I don't go into that much detail about fox proofing as I have an Eglu (fox proof), but the way the eglu works is ingenius. It works on the theory that foxes will go up to an edge (ie, the wall of the chicken run) and dig and go under, but if you put approx a foot of mesh/chicken wire around the base of the run and house, the fox isn't intelligent enough to work out that it needs to take a step backwards and then dig. If you have any questions, do pop on over to my blog and I'd be happy to help.

I quite like the name you've called them too but, couldn't help thinking of melting moments biscuity cake things from my childhood, so what about flower or floral macaroons? just a thought, even a crazy one at that!
They might look interesting as non-functional buttons, where you have a popper fastening underneath...it's late, I need sleep!

For some reason "pinpoms" comes to mind! They are so cute - I've never managed to master the art of crocheted flowers. XX
