Hope you like the fab new nautical colours on the Bespoke Country website, we will soon be moving into regatta season in Scarborough and Whitby which always causes a bit of excitement; blue sea, blue skies, white sailing boats, that's what I call summer!. I also painted the door of the York shop red as you can see from the picture ( using up a bit of Red House paint!) just so that York didn't miss out on the nautical theme. Of course as soon as I put the first coat on a skip was delivered outside on Castlegate and dust flew everywhere! We are having our swinging sign painted with our logo on as well so that you will be able to spot us us from either end of Castlegate. Whitby shop tomorrow for me, can't wait to look in the vintage children'swear shop that's just opened next door it has the most beautiful wantable little clothes on the planet! Home to Red House tonight to finish building a cloche from a very old window frame I've been hoarding (because it just looks right!) so that I can try and grow cucumbers in my little sheltered kitchen garden out of the north sea winds, will take a piccy to show you tomorrow!
