The sun on the sea is so beautiful this morning I could wax lyrical for ages but I know that autumn is just around the corner. We had the first major gale last sunday evening, poor Victoria's husband spent an hour and a half on his precious day off thinning out his plums so that they all had room to ripen, got up on monday morning and they were ALL on the ground! poor John! but plenty of plum jam for us all in the shops!! Hannah has got the keys for her little cottage so it's time to shift her stuff today, she got an amazing chest of drawers on freecycle which she has shabby chic'd, not intentionally she's just rubbish at painting! it looks great though! treated her to a CK bag for her 21st on saturday, she's wondering at what point she reaches yummy mummy status! Emilie is working at a Disney party on saturday and has to choose her character any ideas? my idea of Pinocchio got very short thrift!

Awwww cray fish and Kraftor Fest we were in the UK unfortunately we missed it! The boys have put their nets out in the river...so I think we may get to taste some yet...
