'Fifteen dancers, six places, who will be chosen?' so the poster reads -forgetting of course the role of the heavily pregnant choreographer! yes you've guessed it we went to see Hannah's end of course performance of 'Chorus Line'. We really enjoyed the show even though it is not really one of my favourite musicals and as she is getting ready for her one night only performance in august we knew she wouldn't be featured very prominently! however she certainly made the best of her limited part and skipped on at the end for her bow which did make me laugh, she is just irrepressible! Back to Scarborough tonight can't wait to see the garden, it's about this time I start moving plants around and filling in gaps, we seem to have a lot of nettles this year so that will be the first job. I managed to grow some acanthus this year after my annual tussle with the squirrel fraternity digging up the bulbs the minute I plant them, sneaky little blighters, I swear they sit on the fence mocking me and they seem to have an inbuilt sat nav regarding my covert bulb planting! any hints?...
