Ethel and Edna have a fight!

Yikes, the girls are fighting, not content with pecking away all day in the garden they have decided to fall out and Edna has definitely come off worse! Went on google to see what can be done and decided to consult Francine Raymond as I have her book (above) which I adore and have lent to so many people and what! she is closing down the 'Kitchen Garden' and moving to Whitstable, noooo going to one of her open days is on my list of 'super things to do when I have the time' and now I may never have the chance, what to do? what to do?? the answer is a trip to the next open day as soon as possible at Bury St Edmunds. Her house is  painted in the most unusual colours and when we have talked on the phone (to order her books) I can tell she is a gentle artistic soul with an absolute passion for her hens, her garden looks immaculate as well, (memo to self must try harder!) have a great weekend, we have Whitby Regatta this weekend so splice the mainbrace me hearties and shiver me recycled timbers!
