| There's been a murder! |
Yippee... a day off! got up really early and finished my vat return, sent it off online and now the day is all mine!!! We said a very sad farewell to our students yesterday and the house does seem vey quiet without them rushing about (sorry Paula we binned the remains of your cake!) However there is plenty to be getting on with, Hannah's baby is due in a week and Rachel is coming over at some time this week for a visit, Tim is still recuperating on a bed in the lounge and Emilie is going to London for a few days, we also have two little people staying the night on wednesday so we will be having a fin and gabs megasession! I suppose I should concentrate on a bit of housework but the sun is actually shining and the sea is sparkling. I think I'll let the chickens out before I start my new book (see piccy) saw this on the Jane Austen website and had a serious wanty but fortunately there was a copy in Waterstones.
