It was a really happy trip back from Whitby for me today, even though it was raining and you couldn't see the flowering heather, the clouds were low and the spray was terrible, the best bit was my deam car was right in front of me the whole way back- a VW golf in, yes Victoria, NAVY BLUE! I was scuttling along trying to keep near enough so that I could have a good drool but my little Suzuki Boleno (yes I'd never heard of them either) was straining itself it has to be said. We said goodbye at the junction of Woodlands Ravine, my little car a poor sustitute for the car of my dreams!

Oh Jenny!!:(
One day, one day!!
Hope you do the Lottery, haha!!
We do have 2 cars, but our 2nd car is a 17 year old Proton, has anyone heard of those I wonder?!
No one is allowed to say anything hurtful to old faithful. She has NEVER broken down and got us from A to B every time.
We got a newer car last year, so she is in semi retirement:)

Do not worry Jenny! Good things come to those who wait!, I have always believed that one day you will have your dream car!!!
In the meantime, keep dreaming!!!
Jenny, I have had a near 'Golf' experience whilst working in Cambridge in my 20's, my employer had a blue one but only ever used the first 3 gears - 4 gear only got an outing when I was behind the wheel! Also when in Ireland this past week and hired a car I was offered the choice of a brand new Navy Fiesta or a slightly 'lessthannew' Silver Golf - which did I choose? I had the Silver one!!! You will be getting yours one I know it!
